FAQs

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 48 hours or less, Monday to Friday. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking email. Most perfume orders arrive within 10 business days, although some products may take longer depending on the item and courier. Tracking updates can sometimes take 1 to 2 business days to appear after dispatch. Please also check the product description for any item-specific shipping notes.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $99, and orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $9.95. Express shipping is available on eligible products only and is calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and approved by our team first via hello@theperfumecompany.com.au. Items must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Return postage and any costs associated with a change of mind return are covered by the customer. Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@theperfumecompany.com.au. Please include photos or videos of the damaged item so we can assess and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

Do you offer samples or testers?

At this time, we do not offer individual samples or testers. Some fragrances may be available in travel or discovery sizes, which can be a great way to explore a scent before committing to a full bottle.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We currently offer a gift postcard option that can be selected on the product page where available.
