Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99. Orders under $99 incur a flat rate of $9.95. Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Change-of-mind returns incur a $7.95 return fee. Faulty or damaged products are replaced or refunded free of charge. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@theperfumecompany.com.au. Please include photos or videos of the damaged item so we can assess and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

At this time, we do not offer individual samples or testers. However, many of our perfumes are available in travel or discovery sizes, allowing you to explore new scents before purchasing a full bottle.
