Eros Parfum opens with mint, green apple, lemon and mandarin, but the higher concentration gives those familiar notes a smoother, denser feel than in the Eau de Toilette. Ambroxan, geranium and clary sage then pull the composition towards an aromatic centre with more weight and less sparkle.

Vanilla remains central to the dry-down, wrapped in cedarwood, sandalwood and patchouli with bitter orange adding a faint dry citrus edge. The Parfum feels warmer and more polished than the original, trading some of its youthful brightness for a darker woody-amber finish that stays close to skin longer.
